Palestine is the land where every mountain here, every valley, every olive tree, and every grain of sand is a witness to something sacred, something divine and eternal. This land is not metaphorically holy It is literally the meeting place between earth and heaven the bridge between this world and the next.
It is:

• When Ibrahim (Abraham) Peace be Upon Him carried the weight of monotheism on his shoulders, he walked this land
• When Dawood (David) Peace be Upon Him ruled with justice. It was beneath the shade of these ancient trees.
• When Suleman (Solomon) Peace be Upon Him commanded the wind and spoke to the birds, it was from this soil his voice rose
• When Issa (Jesus) Peace be Upon Him wept for his people and called them to love and truth it was this earth that drank his tears.
• When the final messenger Muhammad Peace be Upon Him was called by his Lord on the miraculous night of Isra and Mirage it was to Al Aqsa that he travelled. And it was from here that he ascended beyond the heavens

And yet today this sacred land groans under the weight of injustice Its sanctity has not diminished but its pain has deepened, what have we as humanity allowed Palestine to become?

• It is here that children grow up not with laughter and toys but with the sound of tanks at their doorstep,
• It is here that mothers bury their sons and whisper alhamdulillah through trembling lips.
• It is here that prayers rise from the rubble echoing between the shattered stones of once glorious masjids.
• It is here that the Prophet Dawood (David) Peace be upon Him called out the Psalms
• It is here where the soil soaked up the tears of Issa (Jesus) Peace be Upon Him.
• It is here where the Prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him ascended to the heavens.
• It is here where you need to awaken yourself, find yourself and proclaim your humanity with empathy because this is not the place to be neutral and remain silent.

The people of Palestine do not ask for pity, they do not seek headlines however what they do seek is justice, dignity and for the world to stop pretending not to see. They want to live to worship to raise their children in peace They want what everyone else wants, the basic sanctity of life the simple right to exist.

Instead, we allow them to endure genocide, imprisonment and exile but the people of Palestine refuse to give up their land their faith and their identity.

This is a pivotal point in the history and future of the human species, and you have to choose where you stand. You can not stand on two points, it’s either a zero or one, on or off, left or right, top or bottom and you have the free will to choose but please choose wisely. The very worst kind of liar is the one who lies to themselves and then convinces themselves of that lie, you can lie to the whole world but please do not lie to yourself.

Palestine is also a test for the witnesses.
